Very poor customer service,i have bought items that came with very poor directions and had to take it to them to show me the right way.i have a mattress that is not even a yr old and springs are popping out the side of it.i have a sofa and loveseat no directions on where the legs go see no holes so i call and they tell me to peel the covering off the frame to find.so i did that and i see no holes, when i try to call back they keep picking up the phone and not saying anything i had to call,10 times before someone would talk to me.i am very dissatisfied and would never recommend them to anyone!nor will i ever purchase another item there!
