American Freight Unfilled promises Tampa Florida

On November 8 2008 my girlfriend and I purchased a sofa and loveseat pair. The group looked godd for the first month but after that it started to look as if we had had it for 5 years.
As in the cushion are crushed flat and are unremovable. My girlfriend called on January 5 2009 and spoke with a sales rep who said he would come out and take a look at the furniture. On the scheduled day he did not show. sSo we called and he said he forgot and rescheduled. on this day he didn't show up. We called repeatedly to get in touch with the rep and everytime we were told that we was unavailable, on vacation, out sick and was just to busy. On the day we were in the store there were only 3 other people in the store and 3 sales persons. On the previous time at the t=stoe there were no customers and 2 reps were outrside smoking. I find it hard to believe our rep was to busy.

Anyway, when we did finally get in touch with our rep he told us that in the past week there had been a change in the warranty guidelines and he couldn't do anything for us. Now here we are with furniture that looks like s@&t and no one wants to take the time to help us.
