Ashley Furniture i have been unable to obtain satisfactory service on furniture i bought from ashley Knoxville Tennessee

during july of 2008 i bought a number of furnitre pieces including two rockers. a month or so we noticed the rocker has a tilt on one side. the whole thing leans down on one side. after a month of repeated calling their distribution center they finally sent out a repair man. he said the whole mechanism needs to be replaced that was in november 2008. well we are still waiting for the rocker to be repaired.

ashley furn has the poorest excuse for handling customer complaints, you can never talk to a person because all you get is a recording saying if you leave your number they will call you back. well thats a big lie because they do not. the manager by the name of stewart keeps giving me a part not in yet when on a rare occasion i can get to talk to him which is almost never.ashley furniture does' nt seem to care about customer satisfaction. it is beginning to look like we may have to take some type of legal action.
