Bedroom Superstore ripoff false charges to others accounts Tacoma Washington

My husband and I moved to the Tacoma Washington area in November. We decided to go open a credit account with bedroom superstore because they were offering "the best bang for the buck". A month went by and I had not received a statement from Wells Fargo one of their lenders, so I contacted the store to get a number for the bank. I finally got a hold of customer service for the bank and they told me I never received a statement because I had a zero balance. So I called the store to find out why I had never been charged, only to find out they had charged someone else's account. So here it is the end of January and still no statement. To let everyone know the store manager sold me my bedroom suite, and I also was told that it was real wood? When I called back to inquire about my balance he also helped me then. Beware consumers, be smarter than I!
