Bob's Discount Furniture ripoff delivered damaged and incompleted furnitures will not refund my money Worcester Massachusetts

My sis purchased a diningroom set form the worcester outlet store and had the furnitures delivered to her home. The set came without a base for table and the delivery people said it was going to be delivered in a week. We waited two weeks and they did not show up with the base. We then went to the store, and they told us to look around for another diningroom set. We looked but didn't find anything we liked, so we told them we needed a refund and they could sent the delivery people to pick up the set.

The salesman then went to make a call to the head office, when he returned he told us the base was at the warehouse and it will be delivered within three days. We said ok and returned home, but the base never showed up nor did they call to say anything. We return to the store and was told they will not give us a refund because it was over the thirty days. We tried to explained, but the saleman was very rude and did not want to listen as thiefs usually behave. We then request to speak with the manager but he also did no help. Bob's Discount Furniture store are a group of professional criminals and liars ripping the public of their hard earn money. If anyone is interested in filling a joint law suit please contact me.
