Castle Furniture and Bedding owner is Jack furniture is cheap and junk!!! Williamsport, Pennsylvania

I purchased a 3 pc. sectional couch, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, and a coffee table on April 6, 2011. total $2247.20.  Within months the seams started tearing and the stuffing was falling out of the bottom of the recliners and the arms and the back headrest of the love seat, a hole appeared in the one seat also. I called the store in November and was told that someone would be coming out and look at it and repair it. Nobody ever came I called almost weekly with a new tear or problem and was told that the representative of the company was getting me a new sectional to replace this one but that never happened either.

 In January 2012  I called and said that I wanted my money back, he(Jack-the owner) said no he would not do that, he said I could come in and pick out a new couch, so I did go in and he showed me a sectional in a catalog and said this was a much better one and if I paid him $250.00 to cover the Shipping that he would order me that one. I did and when it was delivered it came with a small snag in the seat of the one section, the wedge does not fit properly and the next day after sitting in it the seats are wrinkling really bad, its like there is not enough stuffing in them and one of  the arm rest keep coming off.

  I called him and said I wanted my money back and he said no, he said he would exchange it again and that it would cost me an addtional $100.00. I don't want to keep exchanging and paying more money. I contacted the better Business Bureau and now he wont even speak to me. Please help I want my money back $ 42497.20. I even said that I would keep the tables and lamps and just return the couch for $1750.00 in refund he will not help.
