I am confirming the dozens of complaints against City Furniture. 3 years ago we purchased a leather living room set. To cut to the chase, after 11 months the dye was visibly fading from the love seat.

When I called City Furniture, they claimed it was just out of warranty. I even spoke to the president!! He said I should take it up with the Mfg. (which is the same story as what I read from another customer who had written to this site.)

The end result was I paid for new leather from the mfg. City Furniture couldn't care less and once it's paid for, they don't want to know from you at all.

You'd be better off going to a flea market than buying from City Furniture.
