City Furniture poor quality, poor customer service, DO NOT SHOP HERE Tamarac, Florida

One month ago we purchased a full Living Room set at City Furniture in Boca Raton, FL.  The furniture has arrived a few pieces at a time and never once on the original promised date.  At the old age of 10 days our sofa and loveseat both required repair. 
I asked them to take back the furniture and was FIRMLY told "no".  Next the recliner and end tables came.  On the second date promised.
Yesterday the lamps were supposed to come.  This was also the second time they were promised.  Only one arrived, it has a bent shade and no switch to turn it on or off!  Supposedly, two new ones are coming Saturday.
I talked to a very unbending supervisor, Steve, in customer service who gave me the same song and dance everyone else had about merchandise stacking up on their docks, etc etc.  Meanwhile my husband or i have made arrangements every time for one of us to be home for these non-deliveries!   I requested at least a partial refund for our time and inconvenience and for the poor quality of the merchandise.
They offered me $60!  Half the delivery fee.  I complained that a truly reputable company would refund at least part of my purchase price or take it all back.  The answer was "NO"!
