This is the biggest ripoff I've seen in a long time!!!! You could pay off a car loan before you pay off a used Sofa and Loveseat, that's already been paid for several times over. Also the owners are not local and could care less about your hometown all they want is your $$$.
Customer service is horrible as well, they will call you before you are even late making a payment and if your a day late they will call through out the day and even at your work place leaving harassing messages and disclosing personal information to your employer and family members.
Whatever you do...don't give them your credit card or SS # they will run your card without authorization. I had a horrible experience with this company and felt they should be reported to Better Business Bureau, but the ARE NOT ACCREDITED...what a suprise...my guess would be they do not meet BBB standards!!

to get you to sign the contract?
"You could pay off a car loan before you pay off a used Sofa and Loveseat, that's already been paid for several times over."
Did you agree to its terms, including the amount and number of payments?
"Also the owners are not local and could care less about your hometown all they want is your $$$."
What does "caring less about your hometown" have to do with your situation? Would a local firm have treated you differently for being a deadbeat?...I don't think so.
Why, exactly, should they be reported to the BBB?
Spell out what they did illegally, unethically, or immorally to get the funds due them....which you agreed to pay on time every month.
Nice rant, though, but you've just proven you're indeed a deadbeat and are trying to shift the blame for your short-comings to them. They call you because you've proven you're an unreliable payer and they HAVE heard ALL the excuses. No, they don't really believe "the check's in the mail."
