Farmers Furniture Trys To Bully Me into threatening to take me to Court if I dont Pay, They refuse to take the furniture back Troy Alabama

I am trying to get the Furniture back to them after only having it for a month and half and they have threatened to take me to court if I dont pay, I went into the store and told them I am going thru some really hard times with my health and personal life and that I can not pay for the furniture, They have been calling me daily since I told them to come and get the furniture,Its a threat each time I speak with them, and they refuse to take the bed back, they told me they was not a rent to own place and I know this, I was very nice when I went in to pay my first payment in July and found that they had over charged me for the bed and I would think they should be nice and take the bed back I have only had the bed for a total of 2 months now, I am now faced with the threat of court and my credit being messed up and to have to deal with such cruel people that runs the store, The Store Manager that has been there a month seems to be the only one to have some help, but he still refuses to take the furniture back. What does a person do to get through these issues? Any help will be so much appreciated.
