Guardsman is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. WE purchase the 5 year protection plan for our furntiure thru Mor Furniture in Renton, WA. We put in a claim and because of the words I used to describe the damage, my claim was denied. When I called back to dispute the denial, the claim rep Robert laughed at me. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I want my money back and I will never ever use them again!!!!!
