Harlem Furniture Looks Good - Falls apart and will not back it up Downers Grove Illinois

My daughter purchased a micro fiber couch set and loved it, so we also purchased a microfiber reclining couch, chair, and sleeper sofa. 1 year and 2 weeks after my daughter made her purchase the reclining couch fell apart- self destructed. Harlem Furniture said, "Sorry out of warranty".

Exactly at 1 year, my couch started to bend, twist, and stop working. I called Harlem and I was 1 week past my warranty, BUT also I had moved, and that instantly voids all warranty.

This furnature looks good. I even flipped the couch over at the store to inspect the works and wood it made of. Looks good, but it wont hold up and real pain is the store wont back up it's merchandise.

Harlem Furniture just wants your money and does not back up it's products.
