Haynes Furniture Company ripoff Warranty on Furniture is a complete scam Virginia Beach Virginia

Purchased Furniture from haynes approx. 4-5 months ago. They offered a stain protection warranty on my microfiber sectional with free cleaning for any damages that occur. Well, one of my cats puked on my sofa so i called in on the warranty. They redirected me to Stainsafe which is the company who cleans the furniture. Stainsafe told me to take pictures of the damage, and email the pictures with copies of my paperwork to their email address they provided me with. After that the claim would be processed within 5-10 days, and within a month a technician would be available to come out to fix it! ONE WHOLE MONTH! I told her that i couldn't wait that long, that it needed to be cleaned within a reasonable amount of time! They gave me the usual run around of how busy they are and that i would have to wait a month to have it cleaned! I paid 200 for a warranty that is basically useless. If i clean the furninture myself it will void my warranty. What is the point of my warranty to begin with!
