1/31/09 placed an order (DHD-748896) for $111.92 for home accessories.
2/16/09 emailed to find out order status
2/16/09 received reply stating order will be shipped in 2 weeks.
3/4/09 requested order be cancelled via email.
3/10/08 called and confirmed order was cancelled; customer service to email confirmation.
3/20/09 confirmed with a rep (Aaron) that order was cancelled & to receive credit in 7-10 days. To receive email confirmation.
4/2/09 as of today, I have not received my credit of $111.92 nor have I received an email confirmation stating that my order has been cancelled.

I will never do business again with such an unethical company.
