Leons Furniture gave inaccurate information about delivery and return policies calgary, Alberta

I was just reading the response by the delivery driver.  Instead of making excuses for Leon's saying they will put furniture together upon delivery and not fulfilling their obligations (this also happened to me), perhaps the driver should be upset that Leons puts their delivery people in the position of having to deal with customers who have legitimate expectation based on what they have been told by representatives of that company.  I am partially disabled due to a stroke and I would not purchase furniture from a company if they had not specifically agreed to put it together for me.  You can imagine the frustration of customers who have been sold goods based upon certain expectations, only to find they have been told whatever the salesperson thought would make the sale with no real intent of fulfilling their promises.  I am very clear about my questions to salespersons, as well as being very clear about why I am asking.  Not only was my set not assembled, Leon's representatives went out of their way to avoid responding to my concerns after the fact.  If Leons had been honest with me before hand, I could have made an informed decision about buying from them.  Instead, I was outright lied to.
