Levitz Furniture ripoff Fairless Hill Pennsylvania

We bought a bedroom set and mattress back in 2005 since then the mattress is falling apart and the warranty they sold me through guardsman (10 year warranty) is no good. I contacted levitz about this matter and there answer is they are a new company called the new levitz and they are not responsible for any past sales. At this point i did the 2 years no payment through them and when the time is up they will want there money even if the mattress is falling apart and the furniture doors are worping. The total amount spent was over $3,500 with the extended warranties. Because I believe levitz voided the guardsman warranty they will not cover the items they are suppose to. Please help.
