Mor Furniture For Less Terrible Quality, Horrible Customer Service Glendale, Arizona

The purchase of the furniture was seemless, however the next day when the furniture was delivered was when the problems began.  The delivery people were sloppy, inefficient and careless.  They scuffed up the walls just putting the pieces into the room, had to redrill the holes several times when putting pieces together and damaged 2 pieces beyond "fixing".  This was just the beginning.  After making the beds I began noticing the flaws in the only 2 of 4 remaining pieces.  The finish was peeling off, the cherry veneer was coming off the legs as well.  I called the customer service number only to be transferred several times and finally be told I had to call salesman.  Upon calling salesman I was advised I now had to have a callback by the manager.  The manager was also unable to help as by this point I advised I will just go elsewhere and to come pick up the furniture.  I'm sure he will call back.. <laughing>
