Mor Furniture still waiting for my refund portland, Oregon

I paid cxash for a sofa. it had a factory. I immediatly contacted Mor and they said return it to the warehouse.. I did. When I asked for the refund they were so rude and practically laughed in my face..  When i call the phone listed (the only phone listed) and finally get to the option for refunds, it starts in with a recording saying Mor furniture can take up to 15 days to refund.. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS  I dont have $600 to leave with them.. I spent the money because i needed a sofa.. now i have been sitting of the floor..waiting..Mor "immediatly" sucked the cash money out of my checking account..what's taking so long, I dont see any reason they cant suck it back in  IT WAS CASH..5the customer service was the rudest I have ever been treated..Oh Yes, they were so sweet selling me the sofa, but the minit I complained they turned into MONSTERS
