NC Furniture Unlimited uses your money while you wait for product that will never be delivered Greensboro, North Carolina

I ordered a dining set on July 20, 2009. I was advised it would take 20-80 days to receive my order. It has been over 80 days, and still no product. I was advised that as of October 12, the "manufacturer" had begun "processing" my order, which was explained to me by a rep at NC furniture, as pulling my product from the warehouse and putting it on a truck to be shipped to them. Last Friday, November 6, I called and was advised that "they called the warehouse and the product would be shipped and NC furniture would have it today", then they would ship it out to me in 7-10 days. Today I called and they said the manufacturer has not shipped the product and has not identified a ship date. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund on my credit card.

There is no way it takes a manufacturer 30 days or longer to pull a dining table and chairs out of a warehouse and load it on a truck, especially since I know I can get a custom order in 6-8 weeks. I told the lady on the phone that I felt they were using people's money to make money. She told me she had no argument for that as I probably had my mind made up that that's how it is. She said I would receive an email regarding the refund and then it would be issued onto my card. I have my doubts because now I have found this company under former names with lots of complaints of refunds not being issued and no product being delivered.
