OSB Stores does not have good customer service and response time is extremely slow.
You do not get a response for days.

All I wanted was an email and their phone service is extremely rude.

Don't buy from them.

Update on OSBStores

I am the new owner of OSBStores, purchased in July of 2011.  I am very sorry for your experience in January of 2010.  I do not know why I never found this report either.

After I purchased the company it was quickly discovered that your experience with the former owner was not uncommon.  I have spent countless hours refunding customers, returning emails and trying to track down orders for emails that were never returned.

I am deeply sorry for your experience but please know I am doing my best to take care of my customers in the quickest and fastest way possible.  I have been a business owner for over 13 years and it is my passion to make your shopping experience an easy and happy one.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for your experiences and know I am doing everything I can to make this the exception not the norm.
