It has taken me 14 months of searching and finally I find a bedroom suit that will fit and looks good in this room. That's a lot of going places and searching internet, etc.

In September 2003,I find one at Rhodes Furniture and write out the check.

Rhodes does not have all in stock. Rhodes can deliver the mulechest, wardrobe, rails and footboard. I can pick-up the headboard and 2 nightstands at the warehouse when it comes in.

The wardrobe has a cracked door, immediately is called before driver leaves the area. They will send another one, picking the cracked one up and I will not have to go pick up the remaining items at warehouse. They will deliver when delivery men return.

They set up a date in October, but call the next day telling me the wardrobe is crushed.

I am the one who intiated the next call to find out when I am going to be able to get the remaining furniture.

Their Quote: It comes in last week of October but cannot be delivered until November.

My quote: What is the process for getting my money back? Does the furniture that I have now need to be picked up before I can get my money returned and if so the delivery truck can come on and get it.

Their words: Last I heard, if they could get what is at the warehouse delivered would I be satisfied while waiting on the wardrobe. I told them yes, but will not hear from them since I am the one who calls Rhodes. I will be going to get my money Saturday morning and have an enormous family since I grew up with 11 boy cousins. We do not have to wait on Rhodes to come to get the furniture. It can be taken to them since this seems to be what is neccessary, and I will make certain all customers know what is happening right directly in front of their store since many will be with me talking about it loudly. I will get my money. This is all that I really care for at this point.
