Rhodes Furniture ripoff, will not repair, multiple problems with bedroom set St. Peters Missouri

I purchased a bedroom set from Rhodes Furniture. All pieces were flawed.

The armoire was swapped out three times but I still have a bad one.

The mirror is set wrong but for some reason, the repair man says it is normal. I see gaps between the glass and the wood frame. Normal? It will not stay in position. This is also "normal".

The drawers on all pieces do not glide properly. Again, this is "normal".

There is a great variation in the wood grain on the dresser. This is also considered "normal". Some variation is normal. Several shades of difference is not normal.

The delivery men put several gashes in my walls. This has been rejected as unproveable so Rhodes will not repair.

Rhodes buys faulty merchandise from their distributor and does not stand behind them. They resell at a profit. They do not honor their promise to make the customer happy. The store manager will do nothing.
