Rhodes Furniture Ripped me off by not paying my final paycheck. Ripoff Memphis Tennessee

I hired on with Rhodes Furniture Memphis, Tn Wolfchase area. I agreed with the manager to work Part time. He told me at that time the guarantee for training which was one month from hire date was $2,000.00. We received a bi monthly paycheck, so after 2 wks I received my first check and it was only $500.00. That is $500.00 short of what I had planned on. I quit Rhodes about a week after that, and while there had total sales of $7,000.00. We were to receive at least 5% commissions on sales. That is another $350.00 They owe me. I sent letters and emails to them with no response. They owe me $850.00 and now they have a going out of business sale sign on the front of there building. Anyone familiar with Furniture business knows they will probably run this sale for 6 months then file there corporation under a different umbrella and resume operations.
