I purchased a Bradington and Young leather couch (and matching lounger chair) from Stickely/Audi in 2004. Unbelievably, there is a hole developed and concomitant leather fraying and Stickely maintains that there is no warranty on leather and yet the leather comprises the vast majority of visible area! I find this position unduly incredulous. I am seeking repair, refund or replacement and have contacted NYS Attorney General's office, BBB and numerous other sites like this already.

Does anyone have any similar experiences and/or which to share outcomes. All advice is welcome.
