I ordered about $65 worth of products from this company after which I received a confirmation email for my order.  Two weeks had passed and I still had not received my order so I emailed them.  They never responded.  I emailed them 2 more times and never received a response.  I also faxed them and never received a response. 

This company does not have a phone number!  They pride themselves on being internet only and as such, refuse to allow people to call them.  I suspect it's because this company is a complete fraud and they know that millions would be calling to complain about never receiving their orders. 

I would obviously never purchase anything from this company ever again and I recommend to everyone reading this to do the same.  They took my money and haven't sent me my product or let me know when it would be sent.  It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't received any contact from them since the original email confirmation.  What a scam!

Received Shipment

Finally received it after multiple attempts to fax/email them.  I ordered it on 8/15 and received it on 10/4.  I believe that's 50 days for shipping time.  In their defense, apparently there was a fire at the manufacturer, which explains the shipping delay.  However, that doesn't excuse their inability to notify me of the delay.  I had to email them multiple times until they finally responded with a FAX!  (Why can't they respond in the same way an inquiry was sent?) My suggestion would be to get a phone line with a customer service rep.  That would've saved a lot of hassle for me and the company.

Prompt Complaint Resolution

I ordered about $35 worth of products from Yankee Harvest.  When I received my credit card bill, I had been charged about $115 instead.  I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company and followed up with an e-mail to Yankee Harvest.  Within hours of my e-mail, a representative of Yankee Harvest had called my home with an explanation of what had happened and information that the over-charge had been corrected.  All of this took place during December 2009.
