I ordered a "big girl bed" for my daughter from this company because it was the best price I could find and promised no shipping. When I first purchased the bed, I found free shipping was to pull the truck up in front of our house. Unloading the bed and taking it upstairs was an additional $150. The 2-3 week processing time turned into 6 weeks. I started emailing about the status of the bed after 3 weeks. Sometimes I received a response from the company, sometimes I didn't. Finally, I talked to an individual who promised me the manufacture was going to ship the bed the next week. The bed finally shipped six weeks after I made the initial purchase. When it finally arrived at my house, the bed was damaged, so we refused delivery. Now, we have requested a refund, and are waiting to see if we will be able to get our money back. Don't use this online retailer!
