Sandra Evers-Manly (SEM), Vice President of Ethics & Business Conduct, Corporate Responsibility at Northrop Grumman Corporate Office extensive use of company's time and resources such as  Manpower, the Outlook and BlackBerry for her own good!!!

Over ten years, Sandra Evers-Manly had her daughter, her brother, her extended family members from Atlanta area, even her personal Accountant in Southern California call her office line at 310-201-3323 to discuss her personal/family matters on a daily basis.  She had her Assistants:  Richard Racklin, Keta Davis and the backup Assistants screen all her calls: personal and professional. 
 
Often time she was on the road; they would send an email via company’s email account at sandra.evers-manly@ngc.com to notify her of the calls.   She would then read through the company’s Blackberry: 310-920-3696, or Outlook.  She would return the calls using the land line 310-201-3323 or the Blackberry 310-920-3696.  Many times she even let the Assistants know that she had already handled the calls with her family from her office using the land line.
 
The evidence of her using the company’s assets are everywhere:  her Outlook inbox, company’s Blackberry; land lines, etc.
 
Not only Sandra Evers-Manly is a corrupt officer, also she is a crook.  Behind the scene, she instructed the Asian and African American staff not to get close to the Caucasian staff; and told the Caucasian staff not to get close to Asian; which was completely against the company’s policy of harmonization.  

 She publicly stated that “she’s the vice president and this is her organization; she can do anything she wants”.

The company had a deal with her...hell of a shame!!
