Complete Overhead Door "Bait and switch" company, Internet

This company advertized in the Val-Pac that was mailed to my home.  When ordering a new garage door I referred to the one on the coupon I received.  The coupon included a price and a picture.  I referred to the coupon twice when ordering the door and installation. 

As the installer was completing the job, I discovered the door being installed was not like the door in the picture of the advertizement.  I called the company to ask why there was a difference in the door being installed and the one pictured.  I was told that the company couldn't sell the pictured door for the price printed on the coupon because they would lose money.  The gentleman apologised. 

I asked why the door on the ValPac coupon was not the door being installed.  He said they used pictures off the internet.  He again apologised.  I said I appreciated the apology, but that it didn't solve the problem.  He again apologised and said he would talked to his boss about the pictures on the advertizement.

The following month I again received a ValPac of coupons in the mail and again, the Complete Overhead Door Co. had an advertizement with the very same pictures included.  This is truly a case of bait and switch and the company personnel are very aware of what they are doing.
