Garage Door Parts, LLC Ricardo Aquino Took payment for parts and did not ship them. Passaic , New Jersey

On 11/07/2010 I purchased a set of garage door torsion springs on line from Garage Door Parts, LLC.  I paid $70.42 using on line checking.  My bank shows that the check cleared and was deposited into Garage Door Parts, LLC bank account on 11/08/2010.  I sent an email to the address listed on the web site on 11/13/2010 requesting the status of my order.  I receive an email response from "Rich" stating that he would look into my order on the following Monday.  When I received no response, I attempted to call the phone numbers listed on the web site.  All of the number go to a voice mail box.  After leaving numerous messages i had located a mobile number listed for this company. On 11/16/2010 I left a message asking the status of my order and if I need to report this company to the State Attorneys office.  I receive an Email from "Rich" on 11/17/2010 stating that my springs will shipped 11/18/2010.  I still have not received the springs nor have received any response to my request by phone and email as to the status of my order.  It is apparent that this company is a scam and just takes payment with no intentions shipping any goods.
