Basic garage door parts ordered from Garage Door Parts, LLC and paid for ($50 order) via echeck.  Received email confirmation of order from site.  Waited two weeks after placing the order and had not received any notification from the company.  Submitted email to their site requesting order status.  No response for another week.

Repeated series and then received an email from someone at the company signed Rich, stating that the company had to wait for echeck to clear before sending.  I immediately emailed back my bank was showing check had cleared.  No response since then. 

Called many times to number listed on the site and now number is showing as disconnected.  Before, you would get only recording stating "Leave a message".  I left many more.  No response from the company.  It has now been over three months and I have received nothing from the company.
