ARCO GAS STATION Rip-off Gas pump handle is broken & does not automatically shut off when tank is full Gas will just overflow I witnessed two cars overflowing Anaheim California

On 3/20/03 I stopped by the Arco Gas Station in State College in Anaheim, CA because I thought their regular Unleaded gas was cheap ($2.09). I used pump #11 and decided to fill up my gas tank. I was surprised when all of a sudden gasoline started spilling out off my gas tank. There was no automatic shut-ff in pump #11. What I also noticed was the pump next to pump #11 did the same to the car behind mine. Gas just kept on pouring the the floor. I mean if the pump was working fine it should automatically stop when tank is already full. Now I know why gas was cheap over there. I called the company and they said that it's not true.
