The vacant building next door has a different address than mine. The tank is white and attached to the house. And, when the building was rented, the occupant had gas delivered on demand. After it was vacated, Ferrell filled the tank, and left a slip on the porch at the vacant building with my name and account number on it.
I have had always had gas delivered whenever Ferrell's computer system said I was low. I have always received delivery slips in my mailbox. I have a different colored tank. And a different address. And, when I complained about the the $322.78 bill for 95.30 gallons Ferrell charged me for the tank they filled that belongs to the rental next door, I was told "I was being charged for my usage." How could I use 95.30 gallons in less than 21 days when I rarely had more than 35 gallons delivered at a time? When I tried to get the bitch on the phone to explain to me why and how they thought I should pay for gas that was delivered next door, she said she would speak to the delivery guys.
In the last three months, Ferrel has had (according to the records they left), 3 different delivery men. Apparently, they can't even get the address straight when they leave off their delivery slips. If she would look at my bills, she would see that there has to be a major error. But, because they could deliver whenever they wanted, because I did not have propane delivered on demand, they could play it fast and loose.
I canceled my account. Tomorrow, I am putting a sign at the edge of my property, which is in a major subdivision that says, Ferrel Gas Cheated Me. Ferrel Gas is not allowed on my property. The sign is 6 feet long.
