Gas Up USA ripoff Allentown Pennsylvania

I agree with Carol Holiday of Florida. I signed up in November 2002 and didn't receive my information until December 27, 2002. I activated my card on that day and still haven't be able to use it as of today 2/10/03. Now I am told if the card if activated with money to use the card up and then order a new card. They will not refill the card I have. Also I have received two other cards. My card expires in June/05, the next one in July/05 and the other one in August/05. Tbey are supposed to be a one time fee of $4.95 not renewable every few years.

I didn't know that the price of the card had gone up until I read Ms. Holiday's letter. I have emailed them several times about the extra cards and have not been told anything. I want my investment of $149.00 back also and also the cost of the card and the $19.95 if it has been debited from my bank account.

Please help us in this matter. We don't want any other people to get ripped off. I understand their is a class action going on right now. How do we get involved with that?
