I ordered a candy called SPI-C-MINT which is also called "CINNAMON STARLIGHT MINTS". The reason I chose these particular mints was because of the "CINNAMON" in the name. I like CINNAMON.
After receiving the 5 lb bag and tasting a couple of mints (I did have to open the bag in order to taste the mints), I noticed that there was NO cinnamon flavor, only peppermint. Then when I looked at the ingredients, I discovered that there is NO cinnamon in the mints, only peppermint.
Contacting the "Customer Service" person via email was a waste of time. I was told that I should have read the ingredients on-line and that in order to return the mints, I must adhear to the "returns" policy which states bags must be unopened. So much for "Customer Service".
I would have never guessed that "CINNAMON STARLIGHT MINTS" would have had NO cinnamon. But since they contain no "STARLIGHT" either, I'm at a loss for words.
The very least acandystore.com could do is change the name of the product.

The customer service department handled the situation in my favor by refunding my money. I will do business with them again.
