I placed an order for an FOB presale trio package on 12-3-2008. I received the item late on 12 -19-2008 with many of the items missing from the box. Most notably the fob bear memory stick. I called and emailed the company from December 19th thru today February 15th.

I have never received a return email or a return phone call. If the phone is not busy, they just let it ring and eventually pick the phone up and hang it up without saying anything. Jessica, I have tried to call since January 19th and still have the same problem.
