MotherNature.com charged credit card, didn't ship item, non-responsive to inquiries Internet

On 11/23/2011, I ordered maple syrup as a Christmas present to cousins. Company accepted the order and immediately charged my credit card for the product and shipping ($31.61).
My cousins have not received their gift. I started checking the order status on 12/18/2011. The site showed "Warehouse Processing Order" and as of 12/24/2011 still shows that as the status. The site provides a form for online inquiry. They advise that they will send reply within a day or two. I've now tried to inquire five times using the online form. I tried phoning the number twice that they list on their site. They are totally non-responsive.
The site says orders can't be canceled once sent to the warehouse for processing...besides I can't even ask for the order to be canceled because they are totally, totally non-responsive. There seems no way to make contact with this online company once an order is placed, accepted and paid for!
