OOP, Inc. OOPSTUFF Took our Money and Never shipped the product Providence, Foster, Rhode Island

We ordered and paid for a custom platter in early August that was meant to be a wedding gift in September. We were told it would ship in two weeks, getting to us in plenty of time before the wedding. As of today, December 1st, we still have not recieved the item.

A few days before the wedding, in early September, when the item still hadnt' arrived, we contacted David Riordan and was told the item would ship in another two weeks.

A month after that conversation, we again contacted David Riordan and was told it would another 2 weeks before the item would ship. Frustrated, we accepted the expanation that the artist was back logged and that it was first on his list. This conversation occurred in October.

Finally, earlier this week, we sent another email to David and tried to call voicing our displeasure that we still have not recieved the item we paid for almost 4 months ago. David has yet to return either of these attempts to contact him and we are now forced into challenging the charge on our credit card.
