Turtle Creek Products Jonna Tarpoff SCAM! Advertises USA product but when contacted says nothing is 100% made in USA. Used profanity and refuses to sell to me just becasue I asked her if the material used is from USA Lebanon, Ohio

I make all the products I sell (I am the manufacturer and the retailer), except the HHC products from Canada.  That is a fact and it is clearly stated in all my literature and labeling.  Customers buy my products because they are made in USA and because they have the quality and function they want. 

Unfortunately, Shannon did not ask if my products were made in the USA...she asked if all my materials are made in the USA and wanted a full accounting of each and every piece.  Even though I strive to put only USA materials in all my products, and most of my products do have all USA made materials and parts, I simply do not know where they all come from...are all the parts in your Ford or GM from the USA?...sadly, in 2011 the USA doesn't even make many essential parts and materials we need.  Shannon was told that and she decided to badger me with rude comments, saying I laughed at her when I didn't, even emailing that she wanted to buy a large quantity of my canvas bags for a major event and then return all or some of them if she didn't like them...and that doesn't have anything to do with made in USA.  Her report isn't about made in USA, it's not about being ripped-off, her report isn't about anything, it's a temper-tantrum acted out as a personal vindetta and smear campaign.  I can't and won't sell to people like Shannon. 

Shame on RipoffReport for failing to verify Shannon's Report.  Shame on RipoffReport for allowing Shannon's libelous and slanderous accusations and lies.
