We made an appointment to have a glass block installed in one of our apartment units. It was scheduled for Saturday. My husband sat for about an hour. After he came home he said they never showed or called. I called the office and she tried to locate the worker. He did not answer his phone. She said even though you make an appointment does not mean is is guaranteed. I said then why have a business if you don't show up at the appointments? She could not say. She just said they might not show up.
