In May/June of 2011, I decided to take the opportunity of making an extra $50 through the inbox dollars corp. with their teaming with the Prestige Gold Buyers. I sent for my gold package/envelope and sent off my gold. After about 8 weeks passed, I still haven't gotten my check or response from Prestige. I gave them a call. The person that answered the phone said that he "doesn't handle" that part of the calls. Meaning he didn't have an answer for me. He said he would email and send my request to the department that takes care of that, and that I should receive a response within the week. Another month went by without any call, email or check. So I called back again. And then again. Same answer every time. Now I check again and the phone number is no longer working. I look up the website and this is what it now says: "Dear Valued Customers,

We want to thank all of our thousands of wonderful customers that made Prestige Gold Buyers possible. Unfortunately due to financial issues arising from overwhelming popularity, Prestige Gold Buyers is winding down its operations. At this point, we will no longer be accepting new gold kit requests but will continue to honor all return requests within the company's terms and conditions. Please send any questions or return requests to customerservice@prestigegoldbuyers.com and a representative will answer it promptly. Thank you again for your business.

So when I went to the website that this says to contact, it doesn't exist either. I feel I have been robbed of my gold and money. I think we should get everyone together that has been ripped by this company into a class action lawsuit. ' I am a single mother and needed that money to help pay bills and take care of my child. Now I don't have the money OR the gold to try to take elsewhere. I am irate!!

Everything that has happened to you has happened to me. I contacted prestige gold buyers today and the phone number didn't work anymore. I continued further by reporting this to inbox dollars which I was told that they would investigate. I have been calling gold buyers for 5+ months now checking on my order and keep getting the run around about them recieving to high volume of orders nad told I will be contacted by the accounting division based in Tampa Florida. it never happened.
