My husband and I bought a membership to KIS golf on Nov. 1 and went for our first full lesson last night, only to have no one in the store. We were then infomed by the mall that they had filed bankruptcy only days after we signed up.

We were wondering what others are doing? Unfortuantely, they opened us a credit card in our name (not to our knowledge) to finance the charges. They told us it was a banker. They seemed to be very good at hiding the evidence to things. They added documentation to the papers we signed afterwards.

If anyone could let us know what they are doing we would really appreciate it. We thought we did our reseach, but I guess you can not even trust a company that has been open for years.
