Boca Java Dishonest Company Deerfield Beach Florida

On July 2, 2009 I had received an offer online for coffee from this company. The ad seemed to indicate that this company was promoting their product and had a deal going on. I would pay $7.95 for 4 small bags of coffee (I choose the flavors). Like always I read the fine print and terms and conditions as well. Seemed honest enough. Just another small company trying to get their product out there. I went ahead with the order via credit card. This should have been a one time transaction only. I received the coffee, was happy with it and that was that. Next thing I know, about 4 weeks later, my account has been charged $37.00 and some change... from the Boca Java company! Why?!... I go to their website and log on. To my surprise I have been signed up for some sort of membership. This was not in the terms and conditions as I had previously read, so I click on the terms and conditions at the bottom of their website and it is different then the one I read. Something fishy is going on with this little online company. Either they are switching up the terms and conditions or being very sneaky with wording. In any case this company is very dishonest. I know I was careful when going through with this transaction. Bottom line is that this company is not 100% truthful in their promotional advertisements or offers. They will give you a surprise that will be hard to fight because of either their manipulation with the terms and conditions or hiding important words.
