Fastcafe.com sells expensive Kona and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Whether it is authentic or not is not important. The Blue Mountain coffee tauted as the worlds best coffee that I received for $28 a pound was old, pale and had no aroma. It brewed into a rancid cup of otherwise tasteless undrinkable coffee. The company offers money back on unopened bags only, which does you no good. Don't waste your money.

Dave recieved a full refund after contacting us.

Our service, our coffee, our reputation, shines on the high rate of repeat customers that we have.  Unfortunately, there are very few customers who can't be satisfied and we try everything we can to turn them into happy customers. Of all our customers, the happy customer rate is higher than 99.0%  We offer help with anyone who has questions.

Including, assisting with coffee brewing.  Proper grinders, grind settings, water filtration, brewing equipment, brewing filters, cleanliness of equipment, timing, and practice, all lead to a good tasting cup of coffee. Improper use of the mentioned techniques can make any coffee taste unpleasant, which is why we offer many brewing tips to assist our thousands of repeat customers, successfully.

Our business sees triple digit growth each year, we pride ourselves in serving each customer individually, with a smile.  Even though we are online, yes, we do smile :)
