Malley's without a bag Mentor Ohio

I went to Malley's today and I was purchasing 4 boxed of Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Rather than give me on small shoping bag with handles to carry these items the manager said those bags cost them $0.55 and since my items would fit into two small bags she would not put my purchase into the shopping bag.

I think this was petty, cheap, and lacked good customer service ethics.

Today is Valentine's Day and they were packed, long lines, items sellling out, but she was to selfish and cheap to give me the proper size bag and inconveniently gave me two bags with no handles. More difficult to carry.

This person could used a class in Business Ethics, this class is offered at Lakeland Community College in this area, she need to break the door down to register.
