Let Make this brief,,, the order had been placed for boxes of pecans..This company sent products in bags. We order samples, no samples came. Company picks up the products. Company did not put money back on my clients card.

The company has not answer emails or calls.. This company is greedy... Stop stealing...Refund the clients money.

Lisa/Billie, I am an employee of the Indianola Pecan House. As an employee, I need a little more clarification of your/ your client's issue with our company. Your client ordered boxes but received bags of what? Are you a wholesale or retail customer? How did you place your order? I am willing to investigate this and help you find a solution if you are able to give me an order number, PO number, an specify your customer type and who you talked to. Am I correct in reading that our company paid to have the product picked up? Did you not receive a replacement?
