I have been having trouble with Wine of the Month Club (https://www.wineofthemonth.co.za/) since last year. Money keeps being deducted from my account, and my orders aren’t always delivered. I have asked for signed delivery forms as well as asked that any further purchase should be stopped until this is sorted out. This has fallen on death ears though. All phone calls and mail are being conveniently ignored.
