Code Compliance Pembroke Pines, Fl PEMBROKE PINES CODE COMPLIANCE HARASSED ME FOR 6 YEARS!!! Pembroke Pines, Florida

Pembroke Pines Code Compliance harassed me for SEVEN years. You say maybe I deserved it??? No way! At the start of the seven years I was a divorced mom of two young boys working at home taking care of my mother who had Alzheimers. I had very little time or money. I admit my property was not bad, but it wasnt that bad. The Code Compliance people gave me an order and I willingly complied in a timely manner EVERY TIME. Things got better for me later and I STILL was harassed for 4 ducks. It is legal to have ducks in my town and since the lake is across the street and neighbors chase them with brooms they took residence in my yard. My neighbor does not like ducks.

I have had a feud with my neighbor that has been ongoing. I wont go into details but she calls on me for everything that she could think of. None of it was reasonable but it was okay for her big German Shepperd dog to bark night and day. Yes, she left the dog out in all types of weather and since our property is very close together, I face a barking, frothing dog within inches of me and my roommate everyday we leave the house.

I found out that Code Compliance IS NOT allowed to come on my property without my permission or a warrant. THAT didn't stop them. About every 3 months for SEVEN years, I would come home to a scene of one or more officers running through my yard, taking pictures. I faced officers the day my mother passed away as well as the day I had major surgery. THIS IS AMERICA???? The good part is on the day of my surgery, I came home to the usual 4 officers running through my yard. I lost my temper, ordered them off and then POUNDED on my neighbors door. I then grabbed my megaphone and went the to the Code Compliance office which is in a 10 story building and I let loose on the loudest volume. People came streaming out of the building. I was denied surgery later that day since my blood pressure was too high.
