I recieved a letter of notifacation stating that i was a declared winner of the De-Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery in the amount of $125,000.00 US dollars.
Also included was a check in the amount of the $4,875 in advance payment of the proceeds to be deducted from the total winnings.I was instruced to forward $2,875 to pay for Government Taxes via either Western Union or Money Gram.
I was also instructed to call 1-416-732-1621 before i attempted to use the check and speak to a Jessica Armstrong, [Clamis/Disbursement Agent].
The letter was signed by Joseph I. Peters (Promotion Manager).

Where is the rip off ???????? What did you do with the check ??? Did you communicate with anyone ??? Please file a more complete report.

To the next person who gets a letter like this and decides to look on the internet so that no one is ripped off. The fact someone isn't ripped off doesn't necessarily mean you stay silent when something like this comes up.
It's called community.
