I had two children in Mexico, and I was almost finished the process through DHS and Department of State. When my american daughter and I were attacked by Andrew Pease and San Antonio police. I reported a fraud at the Consulate in Ciudad Juarez of all this situation. A wrong investigation of Andrew Pease and the attack of the San Antonio Police with electromagnetic weapons in my own house, forcing me to be in a mental hospital SASH for 90 day with a court order.
I checked psychiatris in Mexico and they are confirming me that I am fine and not mental ill of paranoic squizophrenia, as it was reported by Dr. Stanley, while they were rapping two of her patients an old caucasian woman retarded in the same hospital, SASH.
They did not allow me to go to the Judge. And I loss custody of my daughter by CPS injusticely. I have been complaining in Mexico and USA because of violation of Hague Adoption Convention, but it seems that gangster are controlling federal, state, and local authorities. It seems that everything is against mexican american children and forcing the control of the gangsters on me and my wife.

DHS Ombusman has a pending case of this situation. As well there is a fraud report to the American Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

This case is related with Infosys Technolgies, this indian origen company hired a CMMI level 5 security clearance third party contractor, that has been intimidating, investigating and following me for almost 2 year. Infosys broke my initial job offer letter. I have presented several legal complaints against them in Mexico and United States

Adalberto Cervantes Rodriguez Infosys Technologies is using no respectful third party contractor to certify each consultant for the CMMI level 5 security clearance. In fact, it is shitting its client, banks mainly. Also they are not paying medical expenses becauses of all that. I have 2 years with this intimidation, investigation and following out of the third part contractor

It seems that this situation it is because they were offering me to work for Walmart Mexico, and today Walmart Mexico has been sue in Mexico and USA for paying bribes million of dollars, that can not be covered easily in SAP FICO. I would not try to do anything illegal, specially because it is a federal level related to taxes.

Atentado tratando de matar a toda mi familia en San Antonio, TX por el caso Walmart Mexico-EU
Ha habido varios reportes del atentado que sufrimos con monoxido de carbono en nuestro domicilio en San Antonio, Texas, situacion en la que la policia de San Antonio, TX no ha hecho ninguna investigación. Lo anterior sucedio cuando Cognizant, Compañia de sistemas de Walmart ya me estaba dando instrucciones de lo que tenia que hacer en México, iba estar a cargo de todo lo relacionado a sistemas y la parte financiera y de controlling de todo México y muy posiblemente de latinoamerica. Cuando mi familia fue casi muerta por el atentado que he denunciado ante autoridades mexicanas y americanas.
