Macomb County Friend of the Court EMPLOYEE Amanda Kole had a conflict of interest in your particular case and she should not have represented the FOC on the day of your confrontation.  When I first read your story your experience with the Macomb County Friend of the Court and Amanda Kole I did some checking. I had to go back and do some checking into old paperwork but I finally found it. Amanda Kole is the same one that I dealt with about 5 years ago.

When you described your incident, it sounded almost identical to what I went through. Well, it's the same person alright. And when your ex-wife told you what was going to happen that day BEFORE it happened, it was no coincidence. I have a buddy of mine that does some PI work, and he said she lives right in the same neighborhood as your former in-laws. So there is a VERY good chance they knew each other whether it be from their kids' schools, church, or mutual friends. So that's why your ex-wife was so cocky. You were prejudged before you even walked through the door. Your ex made up all of her stories, had her sister or brother feed them to Amanda Kole, so she thinks you are this terrible person before she even meets you. And you gave her somewhat of an attitude, even though she deserved it, so she decided to make your life miserable. First, she decides to accidently lose your W-2's, make a scene, treat you rudely. And the deputies out there aren't very bright either. Didn't they find it funny that you 'hit' her but there were no witnesses and no marks or bruises? There would be no reason for her to treat you and your wife like she did from the start. Don't get me wrong, they're all fairly rude out there but your case worker was EXTREMELY rude. And Yokich doesn't have the time of day to deal with her cases so they get away with it. I can't say I'm a big fan of Yokich but I highly doubt she's 'on the take' like one of their clones could easily be. And, if she were to come out and admit that she knows your sister or brother-in-law now, she could lose her job. Plus, I think that chick is an attorney. I could be wrong but I think she is a licensed attorney. What kind of person would give up practicing law to make peanuts working for the FOTRW(Friend of the Rejected Woman)???????

But hang in there, guy. I know how you feel. My ex hasn't seen our daughter in over a month now but I owe her $800 a WEEK so don't feel so bad. Your son will figure it out one day. His mommy will get a boyfriend or new husband and she will not be able to get along with him and it will all come together for him. It don't matter if she is 400lbs and looks like she got hit by a truck, someone will pick her up and think they can make her their girlfriend. But yeah, I think your ex-wife was telling the truth on that one. She knew somebody and you were done before you walked in the door. And didn't you say that that was the only time that the only time you met with Amanda Kole.

Amanda Kole is rude, insensitive and has no business working with the public.

I haven't met a father yet that tells the truth about their income.  A man can go out and sleep around, drink, make money, and do whatever they want.  Well, the FOC isn't stupid.  We know men always make more money than they claim to make.  In my personal opinion, a man's role in being a parent is one thing----and that only takes about 30 seconds. 

Children would be much better off to just have a mother and let the father be on his merry little way.  And did I mention that all men are liars too?

Wow.  Can you be any more sexist or ignorant?  Just because you had a bad experience with a man or heard others, not all men are liars and cheats just as I fervently hope the men who read your reply do not automatically state all women are phychotic sexist morons as I certainly would from reading your so-intelligent reply.

Just because you hear a lot of bad things doesn't mean they are ALL bad.  Keep in mind the squeaky wheel gets the greese.  You don't hear good things because....well imagine hanging around a party and someone says, "Hey my husband is current on our child support and he even sent the birthday gift early!"  Most people would find that boring.  Good juicy gossip or complaints is soooo much more fun.

There are good men out there.  Just as, thank God, there are sane and good women as well.  Stop being an idiot and start living your life for your kids, not your hatred of someone else.

I can't believe she had the guts to come on here herself and post that response.  And thank you to the mother that confirmed that men can be an important and vital part of a child's life. 

As for Amanda Kole, does your boss know that you are prejudice and about the childish games you play?  You are pathetic and everything that is wrong with the Friend of the Court.  Parents would be better off just taking care of business by themselves as opposed to that kind of an attitude by a government employee. 

Clearly, you don't have the childrens' best interest in mind with that attitude.
